Hamilton County, TN

Today was one of the busier days we have had banding at Greenway Farms. We
banded close to 50 birds, including 10 Wood Thrushes (6 were in 1 net), 6
Hooded Warblers, 4 Swainson's Thrushes, 4 American Redstarts (FOS), 3 Magnolia
Warblers, and 1 each of Canada Warbler, Blue-winged Warbler, Ovenbird,
White-eyed Vireo, Gray Catbird, Gray-cheeked Thrush, Yellow-breasted Chat
(FOS), and Acadian Flycatcher (FOS). Other migrants that were common in the
area were Chestnut-sided Warblers, Scarlet Tanagers, and Rose-breasted
Grosbeaks.
