TN-Birders:
Never heard of the "Forktail, Journal of Asian Ornithology"? Well, I seem to
have let my subscription lapse but I have just heard that Pam Rasmussen from
Michigan State University reports in the journal on two new owl species found
in
the Phillipines, now called Camiguin Hawk-Owl and Cebu Hawk-Owl. No, I'm not
getting tickets just yet but I can dream!
