I am the world's laziest man, which got me to wondering, "Why not have a tool for tn-bird, a checklist, if you will, where each time you make a report, you could just enter the numbers of each species that you saw rather than typing out the full name of each species and the numbers that you saw?" It could have a function then of not entering all the names on the checklist, but only the ones seen by the reporting person. It would save a lot of time for everyone and might encourage more reporting. I also enter my reports on e-Bird which uses a similar feature. Have Fun Storming the Castle!
