[TN-Bird] Black Scoter in Dekalb Co. not seen today

On Thursday, Nov. 7, Gary Casey, Phillip Casteel and I looked in vain for the
Black Scoter reported by Steve Stedman yesterday at Center Hill Lake, Dekalb
Co. We did however see the Great White Heron which is still at the Happy
Hollow Boat Ramp on the Caney Fork River in Putnam/Dekalb Co. And we also
had a nice sighting of one Charlie Muise who was on his way west to get all
the good birds with Jeff Wilson. Good luck, Charlie.
