Just a quick follow-up to my rather excitedly written post from a half hour ago. (After having one of the best 15 minutes of birding that I've had in a while, I couldn't help but be a bit excited.) The tree that's bearing fruit appears to be a Black Tupelo and there are several of them around the parking lot, the fruit on some of the trees is deep blue and ripe, while on others it's still green. Most of the trees have a few bright red leaves making them easy to spot. In any case, I was just out there to do some more looking and the warblers seem to have left although I got a Baltimore Oriole and had another flyover flock of about 60 Common Nighthawks.
