I walked just the road this morning at Radnor Lake and found an adult
Black-crowned Night-Heron at the east end. I hadn't been there for a while,
so don't know how long it's been there. They are uncommon at Radnor. Also
enjoyed were singing Wood Thrushes at the east end and a Summer Tanager
that sang the whole time I was there. At least one, maybe two, Red-headed
Woodpeckers were near the point on the north side of the lake. Lots of Wood
Ducks, Canada Geese, 2 Green Herons, 2 Great Blue Herons, 4 Cormorants,
Rough-winged Swallows, Pewee, Phoebe, Acadian Flycatcher, Great Crested
Flycatcher, and 2 Kingbirds.
