[TN-Bird] Black-throated Blue Warbler

On September 18, while Marilyn Burgess and I birded the Hall Spring area at 
Montgomery Bell State Park, we observed a Black-throated Blue Warbler, an 
unusual sighting for the Western Highland Rim. Other neotropical migrants 
included:
