I've got a sweet pair of Carolina Wrens building in a roosting pocket that I've hung under the eave of my deck. Seems pretty early for them, too.

I checked my bluebird box this morning to find a nest start! Made of
pine needles and grass, the cup was just being started.
The earliest I have seen.
