Chickamauga Dam

Chattanooga, TN.
The Brown Pelican is still being seen on the upper side of Chickamauga Dam.
The falcons are also still in the area, this afternoon I saw both male and
female.
Hawkwatching for the fall is about to start gearing up at Soddy Mountain. We
will most likely start manning the lookout on Saturday Sept. 10th. Typically
our best numbers for Broad-winged Hawk migrants are between the 15th. and the
end of the month. Some of those week days will also be sporatically covered.
