[TN-Bird] Brown Pelican still at Chickamagua Dam

The Brown Pelican was sitting on the right buoy on Chickamauga Lake just above
the dam. This bird has been seen irregularly for several weeks. Dan Jacobson,
who drives over the dam to and from work, said he had not seen it for about a
