I stopped by the Camden WMA River overlook for a few minutes at noon today, 11-14-14 (Looking at the DRU pump-station from across the river). Tens of thousands of Coots are visible out on the water from here, impossible to count. Also far out on the lake were thousands of Aythya with Scaup being the most numerous, followed by Canvasbacks, Ring-necks and a few Redheads. High-lights were a Gray Catbird, and an Orange-crowned Warbler, hanging out with a large winter flock of song-birds that responded to spishing.
