I checked a few spots in Coffee County this morning: Bark Camp Barrens sod farm - all I saw were Killdeer and a few Horned Larks No standing water Ponds south of Hillsboro on US 41 Lots of water, limited shorebird habitat This may get better as the water goes down 1 Great Egret, 1 GW Teal, a few assorted small shorebirds Loads of Killdeer, and about a thousand mixed swallows during a rain shower This spot is worth a look anytime the rest of this fall, for waders or shorebirds Cheers Terry Witt Murfreesboro Tn
