I found a singing Connecticut Warbler this morning at Oaklands Mansion in Murfreesboro. The mansion is at the north end of Maney Avenue. The bird was about 300 yards downstream from the spring, across the stream from the trail. I never managed a visual despite trying a tape. I would epect/hope? that it will stick around for another day or two. The area has produced this bird on a fairly reliable basis in the past. I will check for it again tomorrow. Also present were Veery, Acadian Flycatcher (migrant here), and Blackpoll and Magnolia Warblers. At the Discovery Center, a Marsh Wren was seen singing at the first bridge on the loop trail in just a small smidge of habitat.
