Mike Smith and I heard two Connecticut
Warblers in phase 1 and 2 of Shelby Bottoms
this morning. One bird was just across
the paved trail from the river overlook
platform in phase 1. The second bird
was at the second bridge along the paved
trail, just as you enter phase 2.

Both of these birds were still present in about
the same areas this morning (5/17). The bird near
the overlook had moved slightly, singing in
the small wooded area just before the overlook.
