The thin stripes, small dots on back, very orange eye, long legs and big
bill all point to yellow crowned to me.

Here are two different views of the bird.  Maybe that will clear up the
matter. Bird was 100 yards distant in the photos which accounts for the
lousy image which were made with a Nikon DSLR equipped with a 500 mm lens.
