[TN-Bird] Defeated Creek Brown Pelican info source

I knew I'd forget something, I did want to include that the Smith Co. Brown
Pelican info and photos were submitted by a user of the Tennessee's Watchable
Wildlife web site. The person wasn't sure about pelicans occurring in the
state and forwarded some photos.
Not really another plug for the web site (tnwatchablewildlife.org) (ok, that
was the inadvertent plug), but I get a wide variety of emails with photos, etc.
Really nice to get a couple well documented rare birds!
