[TN-Bird] Duck River Mudflats

  There was a high count of 7 RUDDY TURNSTONES present on the 31st down to
two yesterday September 1st. BUFF-BREASTED SANDPIPER numbers were up to 13
last night, 1 RED-NECKED PHALAROPE continuing through last night as well.
   However, the lake levels were going up very quickly and there will
likely not be any mudflats at all for a few days. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE
LAKE LEVELS BEFORE GOING.
