3/15/15 Duck River Unit, TNWR, Humphreys County.
I had a Laughing Gull fly past the Pump Station at dawn, also flyby Barn and
Tree Swallows.
All the usual waterfowl were around, with the added bonus of five
Red-breasted Merganser and a couple Snow Geese, for a total of 23 species.
Seven species of Shorebirds, all of them  along Refuge Rd., with the
exception of two Woodcocks displaying outside the Refuge entrance.
Transients included FOS American Golden Plover, one each Greater and Lesser
Yellow legs, and 53 Pectoral Sandpipers.
