[TN-Bird] Ducky Weather - TVA Lake

Windy, Snowy, Wintry Weather = Good Birds!!
A stop by TVA Lake produced 2 birds of note plus the regular wintering
species which also included 4 Red-breasted Mergansers, but the two stars were
a male WHITE-WINGED SCOTER and earlier this year on 2-15-2011, I
photographed a radio tagged female Lesser Scaup. They told me all the radios on
the
few they had tagged had run out of power. Well today, I photographed another
bird with an antenna attached, the same bird or another one??
