TN-birders,

Dollyann & I just got back from the Eagle Bend hatchery in Anderson Co. No
shorebirds about (no wet areas for them) but we did run into a large group of
Bobolinks. We conservatively estimated about 150+. They were feeding inside the
cocklebur plants in the back left ponds. When they are inside the plants they
are mostly invisible.

We finally had a few migrating warblers as well, finding 3 Hooded, 2 Tennessee,
and a lone Magnolia. Blue-winged Teal and an eclipsed plumaged Wood Duck were
the only other birds of note around.

Great birding,
Ron Hoff & Dollyann Myers
Clinton, TN
