The Mallards in my count from yesterday at the Eagle Bend Fish Hatchery in Clinton, Anderson Co., Tenn. should have been 16, not 25. In hastily entering the post I confused the 25 I had originally written down for the Ring-Necked Ducks; I had counted 25 when there was a lot of diving going on. When I moved my car closer all the ducks got in a line and swam to the far shore, making it much easier to count them. That's when I counted 42 Ring-Necks. Quite a difference. (I added about 6 or 7 Buffleheads to the count too at that point) Carole Gobert, Knoxville, Tn _________________________________________________________________ Stay up-to-date with your friends through the Windows Live Spaces friends list. http://clk.atdmt.com/MSN/go/msnnkwsp0070000001msn/direct/01/?href=http://spaces.live.com/spacesapi.aspx?wx_action=create&wx_url=/friends.aspx&mk =================NOTES TO SUBSCRIBER===================== The TN-Bird Net requires you to SIGN YOUR MESSAGE with first and last name, CITY (TOWN) and state abbreviation.
