This morning I birded the northern part of the Natchez Trace Pkwy with Roy
from Williamson Co. and Kenny Benge. We didn't find the Golden-winged
Warbler that Paige O'Neal saw yesterday, but we did have 12 species of
warblers. FOS birds for me included Eastern-Wood Pewee, Ovenbird, Tennessee
Warbler, Nashville Warbler, and Yellow-breasted Chat. And really good looks
at Baltimore Oriole, Scarlet and Summer tanagers, Swainson's Thrush, Indigo
Bunting, Prairie Warbler and Common Yellowthroat.
