[TN-Bird] Ed Davis Fish Farm (Gibson Co) 4/6/08

Ed Davis Fish Farm (just outside Milan in Gibson Co)
On the way home from work this morning I made a quick pass through Ed Davis
Fish Farm, where there are still several drained ponds. Only one pond had
any shorebirds, these being 48 Least Sandpipers, and a Semipalmated
Sandpiper a little on the early side. It is usually the latter part of the
month before I start seeing Semi Sands; this is my earliest date for a Semi.
There were still over 100 Rusty Blackbirds feeding in the mud here as well.
Otherwise not much, and I couldn't get to all of the area due to water being
over the road.
