[TN-Bird] Elizabethton spring count

The 69th consecutive Elizabethton spring count was held on Saturday,
28 April 2012.  Thirty-five observers in 7 parties found 157 species.  This
is above the average of 146 spp. recorded over the last 30 years.  The 
all-time high was 161 spp. in 2005.

28 species of warblers were reported.  Warblers breeding locally occurred
in good numbers, but purely transient species were scarce.
