4/4/08 Sumner County Portland, TN FOS Yellow-throated Warbler flitting about in a Poplar tree in my front yard. Heard, but not seen Black and White Warbler somewhere in the woods behind my house. Several FOS Blue-gray Gnatcatchers spotted also. One Yellow-bellied Sapsucker is still coming to the peanut feeder on a fairly regular basis. 4/8/08 FOS Ruby-throated hummingbird spotted at approximately 7:00pm at my feeder. He returned briefly on 4/9 at approximately the same time. Also, I still have White-throated Sparrows coming to the ground feeder along with a male Eastern Towhee who appears every evening to partake of the sunflower seeds.
