[TN-Bird] First of Season Northern Shoveler at Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge

I observed a first-of-the-season male Northern Shoveler today from the viewing
area at the Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge in Meigs County at Birchwood. It was with
approximately 40 Mallards in the slough northwest of the gazebo.
