While searching for habitat for the Goldenwinged Warbler Atlas work this Spring, I found a Grasshopper Sparrow yesterday in extreme NW corner of Clairborne County, TN near Lee County, VA line. I also found a SUMMER TANAGER AND SCARLET in the same quadrant. One N. Bobwhite was heard and a nice patch of 12 Prairie Warblers was found in one location. Returning home, I found an Indigo Bunting had returned here on the ridge and was poking around on the ground under my feeders. (and yes, Boyd- I SAW this Grasshopper Sparrow well :) Nell Moore jimimoore@xxxxxxxx Caryville, TN CampbellCounty, TN =================NOTES TO SUBSCRIBER===================== The TN-Bird Net requires you to sign your messages with first and last name, city (town) and state abbreviation. ----------------------------------------------------- To post to this mailing list, simply send email to: tn-bird@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ----------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, send email to: tn-bird-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Topographical Maps located at http://topozone.com/find.asp * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Visit the Tennessee Ornithological Society web site at http://www.tnbirds.org * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * TN-Bird Net Owner: Wallace Coffey, Bristol, TN jwcoffey@xxxxxxxxxx (423) 764-3958 =========================================================
