[TN-Bird] Great Egret, Bufflehead at Pickett State Park

30 March 2015: Pickett Lake, Pickett State Park, Pickett Co. It was a beautiful 
afternoon, 63°F, humidity 42%, mostly clear, scattered cumulus clouds, with a 
light breeze. Got a report of a duck and large white bird so I drove out for a 
look. A beautiful Great Egret was perched in a downed pine tree along the 
sandstone bluff line easily visible from the picnic area behind the rec. lodge 
near the boat dock. A few yards up stream we spotted the lone female 
Bufflehead. Spent about an hour at the lake. 

Seen:
4 Canada Goose
1 Bufflehead
1 Great Blue Heron
1 Great Egret
2 Pileated Woodpecker
2 Eastern Phoebe

5 American Crow
