[TN-Bird] Gull at Chickamauga Dam

It seems unusual for June but perhaps not. Twice this week as I was driving
over the Chickamauga Dam on the way home from work, I've seen a gull on the
lake side of the dam. It appears to be a ring-billed but I can only get
glimpses since other drivers seem to want me to stay in my own lane and keep
with the flow of traffic. Once it was sitting in the water and the last time
on one of the concrete structures in the water near the dam, just below the
parking area.
