Hello to all, Had a good day at the feeder's yesterday. Ended up with 29 species, (a few were in field behind house, but within the scope of 7X35) highlights included: Imm. Cooper's Hawk, L.Shrike flew up to top of tree and "posed" for a while, Fox Sparrow - finally...I have been watching the leaves fly for 2 months, and had a Hairy Woodpecker in my dead Sassafrass tree. Still no Purple finch this year, but I have had a Brown Thrasher for about a week. Keep on brdn! Ben Britton Morristown, Hamblen Co.
