[TN-Bird] Hamilton and Marion Counties

At Nickajack this afternoon, I observed 14 White-winged Scoters and 2 Black
Scoters at the dam. Ducks present were Greater Scaup, Lesser Scaup, Common
Goldeneye, Gadwall, and Ruddy Duck.
At Chickamauga dam today, many observers saw 13 White-winged Scoters. Dan
Jacobson, Kevin Calhoun, Gary Brunvoll and I observed 2 Surf Scoters near the
dam and at Booker T Washington SP. These two scoters were not relocated. We
also saw 3 Red-throated Loons and a Canvasback at Vincent Rd boat ramp. The
large raft of Redheads were at the dam, and Greater Scaup, Bufflehead, Lesser
Scaup, Mallard, etc. are still present. We saw 4 Bald Eagles.
