J. Percy Priest Dam
Davidson Co., TN
2019 Nov 11
This Monday morning I went to J. Percy Priest Dam looking for
yesterday's LONG-TAILED DUCK found by Graham Gerdeman. The bird
was first seen today from the parking area on the west side that
is above the dam. It then flew east and was seen associating
with coots as seen from the elevated west dam parking overlook.
It eventually made a full circuit returning to the initial
discovery spot.
A check of Snow Bunting Peninsula this morning did NOT result
in refinding the WHITE-WINGED SCOTER that Graham also found
yesterday.
