J. Percy Priest Lake
Davidson Co., TN
2020 Jan 30

This morning I went to several places around J Percy Priest Lake.
First I found the RED-THROATED LOON at the Seven Points Boat Ramp
where it has been seen for a number of days. Afterward I stopped
at Seven Points Rec/Area Campground, and eventually from the beach
area I saw the WESTERN GREBE in the company of just a single HORNED
GREBE. Found no other HORNED GREBEs on that part of the lake.
Thus, both the loon and grebe are still around in the same general
area where they have been sighted over the past days.
