[TN-Bird] Re: Kites in Bledsoe County

I was in Bledsoe and Sequatchie counties today looking for the Kites. I may
have seen one at a great distance but it was a very brief view between two
trees. I drove to several locations, including Granny Ruth's Garden where
they were seen for the last two years, but I wouldn't call
it successful based on the one brief sighting. I did check R&D with the
same results. The storms rolled in while I was there and about all I got
for the day were some nice shots of the storm.
