I don't think anyone has seen the Lesser Black-backed Gull at Scenic
Point/Ish Creek in Blount County since Saturday. I scanned some of the
the gulls with bins only (not scope) today and did not see it. The water
is up again and most of the gulls were pretty far away. It would be
really interesting to track where the different flocks of gulls go
everyday when they leave these big night roosting sites every morning
and return at night.

Cove. I went down to Col Bill Felton bridge and started scoping the gulls. As

Blount Count on Saturday was roosting with the large raft of gulls up near

I was easily able to find this bird several times in a raft of what appeared to
be 1000 gulls.
