[TN-Bird] Little Elder Island Information

TN-birders,
I have been wanting my dad to take me to Little Elder Island, but we have heard
that you have to ride a boat to get there (and we don't have any kind of boat!
) Is this true? I have a scope so I hopefully will be able to view the island
from a far distance. If someone would please send me information about access
to Little Elder Island and the latitude- longitude/address that would be great!
