It was a delightful, cool morning at Louisville Point Park in Blount County, TN today. The point had been invaded by Cedar Waxwings. They were everywhere--high in the trees, low in the trees, landing on the trunks of trees, perching on limbs. A few contemplated landing on me before veering off at the last moment. Also present were Pine and Palm Warblers, Brown-headed Nuthatches and a Summer Tanager in the trees by the volleyball court. Carole Gobert, Knoxville
