[TN-Bird] Merlin - Hamilton County

I re-found the merlin at Standifer Gap Marsh this morning at about 9 AM.
It was perched at the top of a tree east of the main church parking lot and
stayed there at least 15 minutes.
I also saw the first American pipit that I have seen at the Marsh this year.
