5-10-05 Radnor Lake Davidson Co. I leave tomorrow on a trip to AZ so wanted one last look at our eastern migrants at Radnor Lake this morning. Boy was I glad I went. I hit the jackpot at the ranger's house on the dam. There were 10 warblers plus a few other migrants in one almost completely bare tree just behind the house, very actively foraging on something undetectable. With the sun at my back and almost no leaves on the tree, every bird was completely visible, and they stayed for about 30 minutes! Incredible.
