[TN-Bird] Mottled duck at Ensley bottoms

Jeff Wilson just called and asked me to post a Mottled Duck that he found at
Ensley Bottoms at Memphis, Tn. Was seen at 5:30 PM and was there when he left
and he also had an Anhingha at about noon that flew over and circled Ensley
