Murfree Spring Wetland 11/04/11 Rutherford Co. Got my first chance to do some legitimate winter birding at the wetland today and saw my FOS Winter Wrens (3 of them), but the bird of the day was a late Common Yellowthroat working its way through some reeds in the western part of the marsh. No other birds of note, except a Swamp Sparrow, and only because I have an unnatural affection for Swamp Sparrows. (They're so pretty!) Daniel Estabrooks
