Murfree Spring Wetlands 4/4/12 Rutherford County Finally got my first migrant warbler of the spring - a very excited Northern Parula. I was sure there were two birds at first because he kept singing his song in pairs and it sounded like one bird responding to another. Blue-winged Teal are getting to the point where they're rivaling the Wood Ducks in prominence. Other than that, it was a pretty dull morning. Seems like the migrants in general haven't found Rutherford County just yet. Daniel
