TN-Birds Rules: 1. Do not use alpha codes for any species (no matter how common or how well known) unless you include the full name of the species the first time you use it. Do not use alpha codes in subject lines. 2. Include the county name of the location for all birds reported. Give details of the location if it is not easily found on a map. Never assume everyone already knows. 3. Include your first and last name and the city, town and state in which you live as the ending signature. Nearly 1,000 persons read TN-Birds net and they have no idea who we are, where we are, or our birding locations. Those who need help will get an e-mail reminder with personal coaching and encouragement. As further support for those who need additional coaching, such subscribers will be assigned to moderation and messages will be returned for practice and corrections. We are proud of TN-Birds. It has severed us well. Let's go birding...... Wallace Coffey Moderator TN-Birds Tennessee Ornithological Society Bristol, TN
