Davidson county -
This morning's final Wednesday Bird Walk of the Fall was a nice productive
hike with as many as 18 birders at the start. We had 45 species, including
11 Warbler species (Black-throated Green, Magnolia, and Redstarts bring
quite prevalent), Two of the catharus thrushes (Swainson's and
Gray-cheeked), and good numbers of Rose-breasted Grosbeaks. A few birders
got on an unlikely Cape May Warbler for the best bird of the day.

West lot to Long bridge. Overcast and pleasant with some light wind.
