[TN-Bird] NTOS meeting Thursday Radnor parking lot change

When arriving at the NTOS meeting tonight you will notice changes to the
traffic flow and parking lot at the visitor's center. You will now enter
the parking lot at the far end and exit the lot at the old entrance.

We'll see you tonight for the incredible bird photographs of Dave Hawkins.
