**TOS Fall Meeting and Symposium -- Oct 12-14, 2012**Just got off the phone with Damien Simbeck. He had distant but convincing looks at a Neotropic Cormorant at Pool 1 on the Duck River unit of Tennessee NWR, Humphreys County, this afternoon (8/15/2012). Distant photos should be forthcoming tomorrow. He said the overall size as well as the head, bill, neck, and tail shape were all right- on for Neotropic.
