[tn-bird] Nesting Swallow-tailed Kites Edge Closer to TN

I received information from Chuck Hunter in the Atlanta office of the USFWS 
that a swallow-tailed kite nest has been found on the White River in Arkansas 
this year.

Perhaps there are others on this list that have more information on this that I 
do.  Of the course the White River is a long river and still a fair way off 
from western Tennessee.  But the important thing here is THEY ARE GETTING 
CLOSER!
