[TN-Bird] New eBird data entry option

For the TN-Birders out there who use eBird but have tons of older records that were collected in the pre-eBird era:

Many of these older lists do not necessarily conform easily to the way eBird wants the data reported. To accommodate this, a new "Historical" option has been added to the list of checklist protocols. This is for those lists where you have only the birds, location, and date, but not any realistic way to estimate times, distances, etc. This can be especially useful if you have records from one of our dear departeds who is no longer available to help fill in the missing info. And of course also for those of us who started doing this deep back into the previous century and have books full of handwritten notes with no reliable recollections of exactly when, how long, and how far.
