[TN-Bird] Non-missing sparrows

Speak of the sparrows and they will appear. As though they read my note the other day, the sparrows began appearing in numbers this morning (10/13/2013) at our place in western Lewis County. My best little sparrow corner yielded Swamp, Song, White-throated, and Savannah Sparrows. The Savannah is only an occasional visitor to our place (not the best habitat). Songs do nest in a couple of spots in the county, but not here where we seem to get mostly northern migrants rather than local birds.
