[TN-Bird] Osprey at Boone Lake

I observed a perched Osprey at Boone Lake on November 7th. According to
Rick Knight's book, a late record for this bird is Nov 10 but that there are
a few records for December. Also, 17 Common Loons and 7 Blue-winged Teals
were observed.
